Job summary

1.Partner Identification & Onboarding

4.Program & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor implementationprogress against agreed milestones.
• Track organizationalperformance indicators.
• Conduct field monitoringvisits.
• Prepare portfolioperformance reports and dashboards.

5.Finance, Compliance & Risk Coordination

• Monitor statutory anddonor compliance obligations.
• Track institutionalrisks and mitigation actions.
• Maintain completepartner documentation and records.

6.Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate withprogram teams, finance, compliance and technical experts.
• Facilitate partnernetworking and peer-learning forums.
• Represent the SPU atmeetings and partner engagements.

7.Knowledge Management

• Maintain partnerinformation within the Knowledge Management System.
• Document best practices,innovations and case studies.
• Contribute toinstitutional knowledge resources.
• Assigned NGO portfoliomanaged end-to-end.

• Quarterly portfolioreports.

Requirements

Minimum5 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Organizational Development / Capacity Building / Institutional Strengthening
• Finance & Accounting/ Internal Audit / Statutory Compliance
• CSR Program Management/ Business Development
• Governance / Monitoring & Evaluation / Quality Management

Experience may be gained in NGOs, CSR foundations, consulting firms, financialinstitutions, audit firms, healthcare, education, corporate organizations,social enterprises, government, or public sector organizations.

• Contribute in shaping the first-of-its-kinddisability NGO ecosystem initiative in India.
• Build and scale knowledge platforms that willstrengthen 200+ NGOs
• Work in a collaborative, innovative environment atAPD, a sector leader with over 60 years of impact.
