Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare authentic Old Delhi-style Nihari, Mughlai delicacies, Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani, Amritsari Kulchas, breads and Awadhi kebabs. The role requires maintaining Hyatt service standards with courteous, professional and flexible service.

Candidates should have strong culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge, with a proven track record in a hotel or restaurant environment. This position is based on-site in Gurgaon.

Summary

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Cooks are Responsible for preparing authentic Old Delhi-style Nihari and traditional Mughlai delicacies , preparing authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and related regional specialties, preparing authentic Amritsari Kulchas, breads, and traditional Punjabi preparing authentic Lucknowi kebabs, roomali roti, sheermal, warqi paratha, and other Awadhi specialties while maintaining traditional cooking standards and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
