Job summary

Innocode Ventures is seeking a conversational designer to create engaging chatbot experiences at Gurgaon. You will craft flows, intents, prompts, and fallbacks, and iteratively test conversation quality to improve performance and user satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of experience in conversational design, with a strong eye for UX in AI interfaces and prototyping skills. This full-time role is based in Gurgaon, India.
