Job summary

Siemens Energy India Limited is seeking an experienced Controlling professional in Gurugram to manage monthly MIS, KPI reporting, and budgeting for the Business Unit. You will ensure accurate month-end close, prepare P&L and balance sheet, and support strategic planning through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include establishing controls for revenue assurance, cost review, capex tracking, and preparing leadership review decks for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in controlling or finance.
• Experience with MIS reporting and budgeting processes.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Finalizing monthly MIS & KPI of the Business Unit, center profitability, rolling out budgets and tracking actual performance
• Ensuring accurate month-close; preparing PL & BS of the Business Unit
• Assisting in preparing annual and other strategic business plans with cross functional coordination
• Working on various Adhoc analysis required as per the business needs
• Bring controls and work with Operations and Center teams in ensuring that they are being followed on-ground
• Supporting in internal & statutory audits
• Ensuring accurate Capex accounting of the centers and spend is in line with Capex budget
• Building control mechanism around revenue assurance, collection, fixed assets, etc.
• Preparing review decks of the Business Unit for board presentation
• Reviewing direct and indirect costs

About the team

Our product portfolio includes AIS (upto 800 kV), GIS (upto 420 kV), Power Transformers (upto 765 kV, 500 MVA), Reactors (upto 765 kV), Traction Transformers (upto 33 kV, 10 MVA).

We provide EPC for high and extra high voltage projects pertinent to AIS/GIS, Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System (FACTS) devices and High Voltage Direct Current Voltage Source Converter (HVDC VSC) technology. Further, we off er an extensive range of services for the complete lifecycle of the High Voltage /Extra High Voltage asset and projects including bay extension, substation modernisation, product retrofitting and overhauling, emergency services, breakdown services, Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), maintenance contracts, O&M contracts and spares.
