Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking an Operations professional to own day-to-day performance management for the E‑Pump network in Bengaluru. You will build dashboards, track KPIs, and drive action-oriented cadences with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate with Business, Operations, Expansion, Asset, Power, and other teams to resolve issues, perform RCA, and deliver timely performance improvements with clear ownership and leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, control tower, or performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to perform detailed RCA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong ownership and execution orientation.
• Ability to drive performance through a structured operating cadence.
