Job summary

Exponent Energy in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Control Tower Executive to own day-to-day performance management and control tower operations for the E-Pump network. You will identify issues, analyze root causes, and close actions through strong stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations or analytics, with a B.Tech/B.E. and strong communication skills to drive a structured cadence and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance management and control tower operations for the E-Pump network.

• Establish regular performance reviews, dashboards, and cadence with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and improve performance.

What you’ll do:

Role Overview

Own the day-to-day performance management and control tower operations for the E-Pump network, ensuring timely identification of issues, detailed root-cause analysis, and closure through strong stakeholder management and performance cadence.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring: Track key operational and network performance metrics and identify gaps proactively.
• RCA & Corrective Actions: Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for performance deviations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Performance Cadence: Establish and drive regular performance reviews, dashboards, and action-oriented operating cadences.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Business, Operations, Expansion, Asset, Power, and other teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Issue Escalation & Closure: Identify critical issues, elevate appropriately, and ensure timely resolution with clear ownership.
• Reporting & Insights: Build performance dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Ideal Candidate
