Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd. is seeking a Design Engineer Electrical for control panel design in Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar. The role requires 5–8 years' experience and a BE in Electrical or E&TC.

You will develop drawings, schematics, and BOMs, select PLC/HMI systems, and ensure compliance with NFPA/UL-like standards. You will collaborate with peers and clients across projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documentation while applying codes and best practices in

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical control panel design and development.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or E&TC is required.
• Proficiency with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOM preparation.

Responsabilidades

• Design electrical control panel drawings per project requirements.
• Create enclosure layouts for components (contactors, relays, PLCs, HMIs, etc).
• Produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and physical layouts using E-Plan or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for systems.
• Select PLC/HMI systems per application needs.
• Analyze specs to define design parameters for performance.
• Revise schematics based on updates/customer feedback.
• Prepare accurate BOMs and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes in design/documentation.
• Maintain quality and documentation standards throughout projects.

Job title: Design Engineer Electrical_Control panel

Reports to: Project Manager

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years Qualification: B.E Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) Location: Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Design and develop electrical control panel drawings based on project requirements.
• 2. Create detailed enclosure layouts for components such as contactors, relays, power supplies, PLCs, HMIs, etc.
• 3. Generate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and physical layout drawings using E-Plan or AutoCAD Electrical.
• 4. Proficiency in creating Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• 5. Select and interface PLC and HMI systems as per application requirements.
• 6. Analyze equipment specifications and define design parameters to meet functional and performance needs.
• 7. Revise electrical schematics based on engineering updates and customer feedback.
• 8. Perform electrical component selection and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• 9. Ensure timely execution of assigned projects with adherence to quality and documentation standards.
• 10. Apply knowledge of relevant national electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 79, UL 508A) in design and documentation.

Desired Skill Set:

• Strong experience in control panel design and electrical component selection.
• Proficiency in E-Plan and/or AutoCAD Electrical/Solidworks Electrical for design and drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with clients.
• Understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is a plus.
