Job summary

Nirala World seeks an experienced Contractor Sourcing Manager to source, onboard, empanel and deploy contractors for Civil, MEP, Finishing and allied works. You will manage contractor relationships, negotiate terms and drive mobilization for timely project execution.

The role requires 10+ years in contractor sourcing with a strong network in Noida/Greater Noida/NCR, and proficiency in BOQs, work orders and contracts, plus MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in contractor sourcing, subcontractor management, construction procurement or contracts.
• Experience in Civil, MEP and Finishing contractor sourcing and deployment.
• Knowledge of BOQs, work orders, construction contracts and commercial negotiations.
• Strong contractor network in the Noida/Greater Noida/NCR market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Office.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new Civil, MEP, Finishing and specialized contractors.
• Develop and maintain contractor/database and empanelment network.
• Evaluate contractors based on experience, manpower strength, technical capability, financial capacity and past performance.
• Coordinate with Project and Site teams for timely contractor deployment and manpower mobilization.
• Invite and evaluate quotations/tenders and negotiate competitive rates and terms.
• Coordinate preparation and execution of work orders/subcontracts.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, quality, productivity and timelines.
• Handle contractor-related variations, claims and disputes.
• Ensure contractor documentation, statutory and company compliance.
• Monitor market rates and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing contractors and develop new sources.
• Prepare MIS/reports on contractor sourcing, onboarding, deployment, performance and status
