Job summary

Eau Labs Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Contracts Manager with extensive experience in EPC infrastructure and water projects to oversee contract administration and claims.

The role requires a Civil/Mechanical engineering background (B.Tech/B.E.) and credentials in Construction Law/Contract Management; opportunities to work with a Fortune 500 listed client. This senior position offers exposure to large-scale projects and cross-functional coordination with HODs and senior management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of contract administration/claims experience in major EPC infrastructure.
• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; advanced credentials in Construction Law/Contract Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and claims handling for EPC, municipal water projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
