Job summary

TRU Realty in Maharashtra is seeking a Contact & Purchase Engineer to manage vendor contracts, rate agreements, and procurement for construction sites. The role requires solid understanding of construction materials, vendor negotiations, and end-to-end contract management.

You will coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery, maintain purchase records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / related field.
• Mandatory experience in contract handling and purchase functions in real estate/construction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/Procurement systems.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work under timelines.
