Job summary

Vivantify is seeking an experienced OnBase Engineer to design, configure, implement, and support OnBase document management and workflow solutions. The role focuses on optimizing document-driven processes and integrations with business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will design, configure, and maintain OnBase solutions, develop workflows, and ensure compliance with retention, audit, and security requirements while collaborating with ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of OnBase experience.

We are looking for an experienced OnBase Engineer with 3–5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Hyland OnBase. The role focuses on designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting enterprise document management and workflow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize document‑driven processes and integrations.

Job Description

The role involves developing and maintaining OnBase document management and workflow solutions, including document types, keyword types, lifecycles, queues, security, and workflow configurations. The engineer will translate business requirements into technical solutions and support workflow automation across enterprise processes.

The position also involves integrating OnBase with external systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and APIs. You will troubleshoot system and performance issues, support upgrades and patches, maintain technical documentation, and help ensure compliance with retention, audit, and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Hyland OnBase document management solutions.
• Develop and support OnBase workflows for business process automation.

• Implement timers, notifications, conditional routing, document capture, indexing, and storage strategies.
