Currently, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our teams.

What you will be doing:

1. Develop complex code based on functional specifications, complete logic, and algorithm design in alignment with established standards.
2. Translate and analyze software requirements into design specifications and ensure adherence to requirements.
3. Perform complex peer code review and analysis; provide insight on broader impact of software changes.
4. Incorporate business value and identify broader impacts to the software; influence and provide technical guidance to team members.
5. Test code to verify it meets specifications and works as intended before review.
6. Create and apply automated tests, including unit tests.
7. Influence and lead on team standards, processes, planning, work estimation, demos, reviews, and design discussions.
8. Contribute to the implementation of a delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance.
9. Understand business, application, and coding tasks to recommend process improvements and documentation.
10. Research escalations for production or software issues to ensure application stability.
11. Implement standards to ensure compliance with practices and regulations.
12. Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities.

Desired Candidate must have:

• Good command of English
