Qualifications

• 8+ years in Hyland OnBase development/integration.
• Hyland OnBase certification.
• Strong experience with OnBase API development using Unity API, OnBase Web Services, REST/SOAP.
• Hands-on OnBase configuration: Document Types, Keywords, Workflows, User Groups/Roles, Forms.
• Strong programming experience in C#/.NET.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle and writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and web services.
• Strong understanding of DMS/ECM and workflow solutions.
• Experience with OnBase Workflow, Work View, Unity Forms, DIP.
• Familiarity with incident/problem/change management and production support.

• Design, develop, and support OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange.
• Develop solutions using OnBase Unity API, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and related integration tools.

OnBase API Developer

We are looking for an OnBase API Developer with strong experience in Hyland OnBase, API integrations, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have hand‑on expertise in building, enhancing, and supporting integrations between OnBase and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, .NET/C#, SQL, and workflow/document management solutions.

This role requires a solid understanding of OnBase architecture, document workflows, Unity/API integrations, and backend application development. The candidate should be comfortable working with business, QA, infrastructure, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
