Korn Ferry is seeking a Contract University Recruiter in Puerto Rico for a hybrid role based in Aguadilla or San Juan. The position focuses on IT internships and early career hiring for a global technology client, with a weekly hybrid schedule and 2 days onsite at a client location.

Overnight travel may occur during fall and spring recruiting seasons. The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and marketing candidates, leveraging ATS and sourcing methodologies.

Formación

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong IT recruitment experience; internship hiring preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel overnight during fall and spring recruiting seasons.
• Ability to work a local hybrid schedule weekly and travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly.
• 3+ years of client facing experience with hiring managers.
• 3+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing methodologies and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma

Korn Ferry is searching for a bilingual Contract University Recruiter in Puerto Rico to focus on I.T. internships and early careers recruitment for our global technology client. The Recruiter will be based in either San Juan or Aguadilla for a weekly hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite at a client location in one of those cities. The remainder of the week will be work from home. This is an ongoing contract position with no slated end date. If located in San Juan, one to two days onsite monthly, day trip only, to Aguadilla required. During fall and spring university recruiting seasons, there will be overnight travel several times per season.

As a member of Korn Ferry, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 3 + years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Strong I.T. recruitment experience required; ideally, experienced with internship hiring
• Bilingual Spanish/English (written and spoken)
• Available to travel overnight during fall and spring recruiting seasons for 1-2 nights at a time
• Ability to work a local hybrid schedule weekly and also travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
• High School Diploma
