Job summary

Olive Crypto is seeking a Contract Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. The role involves drafting and redlining MSAs, NDAs, partnerships, and SOWs while coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Finance and Leadership to close contracts efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree (LL.B. / BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B.) and hands-on experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, technology, or professional services contracts.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or BA LL.B. or BBA LL.B. degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation skills.
• Experience in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, Technology or Professional Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate MSAs.
• Review NDAs.
• Review Partnership Agreements.
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Review Vendor and Consulting Agreements.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks.
• Redline customer agreements and propose fallback positions.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Leadership teams to close contracts efficiently.
• Maintain contract repository and renewal tracking.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
