Hire Feed is hiring a Full-Time Specialist to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for technology and services, ensuring compliance with company standards while managing risk.

You will work with legal, procurement, and business teams to maintain records, support cross-functional collaboration, and deliver standardized contract processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience drafting and negotiating technology/service agreements.
• Proficient in contract lifecycle management tools and MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal/technical terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder interactions.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance frameworks for tech services.
