Job summary

Clarity Consulting seeks a contract specialist to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, redlining, and negotiation. You will handle CLM-related tasks and analytics, working across Retail, FMCG, and IT sectors.

You will use tools like Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce/Apttus, and iCertis, ensuring contract law compliance and strong english communication. The role requires independent project delivery and mentoring of teams.

Qualifications

• Law graduate from premier university.
• Experience in contract administration, review, drafting, redlining and negotiation.
• Experience in data migration and CLM tool enhancements, Gen/AI contract analysis preferred.
• Exposure to contract laws and basic compliance principles.
• Experience with procurement contracts across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle and stakeholder queries on contract status.
• Handle contracts across Retail, FMCG, and IT domains including procurement.
• Ensure governance, SLA adherence and quality parameters.
• Prepare SOPs and playbooks, and mentor teams on contract projects.
• Lead projects independently with efficient delivery.

candidate with corporate Contract experience are eligible.( No Law firm experience needed )

• Law graduate from a premier university
• Excellent legal knowledge and experience in handling various legal projects
• Competent in Contract Administration, Contract Review, Drafting, Redlining and Negotiation, contractual risk analysis, contractual/legal compliance with exposure to various industries and multiple geographies
• Experience in Data migration and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool enhancement and enrichment, preferred experience in Gen/AI driven contract analysis
• Contract Life Cycle ticket management on stakeholders queries on contract status and related matters
• Experience in contracts across various industries specifically in Retail, FMCG and IT industries including procurement contracts
• Excellent knowledge of Contract laws and other principles underlying the law of contracts.
• Should have independently performing production including leading various project tasks with efficient delivery
• Efficient and hands-on experience using some of the industry standard Tools such as Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce/Apttus, iCertis, etc.
• Excellent command over English Language both in written and oral communication
• Experience in Operations management, mentoring, Training in various Contracts projects
• Capable of managing multiple projects at any given point.
• Eager to learn different client requirements and adapt to the situation at a fast pace.
• Exposed to quality parameters, SLA management and governance structure.
• Contract Status, reporting and dashboard management
• Able to pick up process knowledge, workflows, operating procedures, and managers instructions.
• Able to manage the client’s stakeholders efficiently based on project requirements.
