Capgemini is seeking a talented Contract Management Lead/Manager to drive data-driven decisions by collecting and analyzing complex data sets. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights that contribute to Capgemini’s growth.

The role involves planning and managing projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with IT/BPO contractual obligations, with a focus on risk management and negotiation excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law is required.
• 8–12 years’ experience in contract management within corporate firms for Lead role.
• 10–12 years’ experience in corporate firms for Manager role.
• Drafting and negotiation of contract documents.
• Flexibility to work in UK–US shift.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize all short/long term projects to meet requirements.

We are seeking a talented and driven Contract Management Lead and Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & Directly with the Client & cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Plan and manage projects to ensure the performance and delivery of the services within timelines and with expected quality.
• Priorities all short/long term projects or assignments to meet the requirements.
• Interface with external and internal stakeholders for the adequacy of coverage and support.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery team/Action Owners to ensure the compliance of contractual obligations related to IT/BPO contracts.
• Identify the risk associated with the non‑compliance of contractual obligation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in law
• Min 8 to 10 years’ experience in corporate firms required for Lead and 10 to 12 years experience in corporate firms required for Manager
• Knowledge and experience (8 to 12 years) in Contract Management
• Drafting and negotiation of contract documents. Successfully negotiate contracts with compelling arguments
• Flexibility to work in UK‑US Shift.
