Job summary

systemsGo is seeking an experienced AV Consultant to lead the design, planning, and delivery of enterprise AV solutions for offices across India. You will design AV rooms, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure projects meet high-quality standards.

The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience with meeting spaces, boardrooms, and collaboration environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in enterprise AV consulting, solution design, or project delivery.
• AVIXA CTS/CTS-D certification is preferred.
• AutoCAD certification or demonstrated proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, town halls, and collaboration spaces.
• Prepare AV system architecture, signal flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and rack elevations.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOM), equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless AV integration.
• Manage AV projects from design through deployment and handover.
• Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AV Consultant to lead the design, planning, and delivery of enterprise Audio Visual (AV) solutions for corporate offices across India. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AV room design, project management, client engagement, and enterprise collaboration technologies.

The role requires excellent English communication skills, strong proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teams to design and deliver modern meeting spaces, boardrooms, training rooms, and collaboration environments.

Key Responsibilities

AV Consulting & Solution Design

• Design enterprise AV solutions for meeting rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, town halls, and collaboration spaces.
• Prepare AV system architecture, signal flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and rack elevations.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOM), equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Recommend AV technologies and products based on customer requirements and industry best practices.

AutoCAD & Documentation

• Create and modify AV drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed AV layouts, cable routing plans, rack layouts, floor plans, and equipment placement drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless AV integration.

Project Management

• Manage AV projects from design through deployment and handover.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, OEMs, procurement teams, and installation partners.
• Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Conduct site surveys, design reviews, and project progress meetings.

Customer Engagement

• Gather business and technical requirements from clients.
• Present AV designs and technical solutions to customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and project planning sessions.
• Provide technical consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
