Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta in Indonesia seeks a Diploma holder to support continuous improvement across the organization and conduct root cause analysis for process, customer, and non-conformity issues. You will help plan and monitor CAPA and participate as an Internal Auditor in QMS audits.

You will standardize process documentation, review KPI data to drive improvements, and support training on new standards and quality systems. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Management is required or preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of: QMS, Internal Audit, Continuous Improvement, PDCA, KPI Management, Document Control.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5R/5S, or ISO Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement Culture (CIC) across the organization.
• Conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities for business processes, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring CAPA.
• Participate as an Internal Auditor in quality management system audits.
• Standardize and maintain business process documentation in accordance with document control procedures.
• Review and analyze quality, operational, and KPI data to drive performance improvement.
• Facilitate Continuous Improvement, 5R, and Safety programs throughout the company.
• Deliver training and awareness programs related to new standards, improvement initiatives, and quality systems.
• Monitor the implementation of Suggestion Systems and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Compile monthly departmental KPI reports and Management Review data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support sustainability initiatives, including CSR and environmental data monitoring.
