Job summary

You will conduct audits, report non-conformances, and guide teams from idea generation to recognition while promoting innovation initiatives.

The role focuses on advancing QRQC maturity, tracking lean project progress, and maintaining KPI dashboards to support operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of the 5S methodology across the organization.
• Conduct periodic 5S audits to achieve and maintain the targets.
• Raise 5S non-conformance reports and ensure corrective actions are completed within established timelines.
• Promote and facilitate Participative Innovation initiatives by encouraging team involvement and overseeing the process from idea generation to recognition.
• Select and propose the top innovations each month for formal recognition and organize events to celebrate the winners.
• Monitor and support the advancement of QRQC maturity at various organizational levels, providing guidance and support to leaders to drive further improvement.
• Follow the lean projects progress and update the associated KPIs and dashboard.
• Track, report, and update IMP KPIs.
