• Define and deploy CI strategy: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S.
• Identify bottlenecks through data analysis and lead corrective actions.
• Run cross-functional projects to improve productivity and quality.
• Work with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain to enhance manufacturability.
• Establish and track CI KPIs and dashboards.
• Train and coach teams on CI methodologies and embed best practices.
• Lead process standardization, pilot projects, and equipment/process optimization (including 5-axis, CNC).
• Report CI progress to senior management.
