Job summary

Safran Aircrafts and Engines Hyderabad Pvt Ltd is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive Lean maturity and lifecycle audits in a manufacturing setting. You will lead 5S and QRQC initiatives, promote innovations, and mentor leaders in KPI tracking and analytics.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, Industry 4.0 practices, and energy-efficiency ideas to reduce waste. A strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and ongoing training will be part of the daily work.

Qualifications

• Exp: 3-8 yrs in continuous improvement roles in manufacturing.
• B.Tech degree required.
• Data Analysis, Data Consolidation and Reporting.
• Business Excellence for manufacturing Industry.
• Experience in supporting and monitoring Continuous Improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment and maturity of Lean standards (5S, QRQC, etc.) and perform regular audits; ensure timely closure of nonconformities with durable corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote Participative Innovation initiatives by encouraging team involvement and overseeing the process from idea generation to recognition.
• Select and propose the top innovations each month for formal recognition and organize events to celebrate the winners.
• Monitor and support the advancement of QRQC maturity at various organizational levels, providing guidance and support to leaders to drive further improvement.
• Follow the lean projects progress and update the associated KPIs and dashboard.
• Track, report, and update departmental KPIs.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in Lean and Industry 4.0; proactively share insights and training with teams.
• Support the deployment of Low-Carbon initiatives by identifying, collecting, and communicating energy and waste reduction ideas enabled by digital tools.
