Job summary

Ecolab Global Services in Pune, India, seeks a Contingent Associate to support the global sourcing program within the Procurement Hub. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in procurement analytics, sourcing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in e-sourcing tools (Keelvar, Coupa, GEP).
• Proficient with Excel, data structuring to support go-to-market.
• Understanding of procurement process and indirect sourcing categories.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of competitive sourcing events (RFX’s and eAuctions) globally by closely collaborating with Indirect Procurement Sourcing teams.
• Provide strategic analytics and insights for the TDC Sourcing process.
• Data management and extraction for pre-scoping an RFX event.
• Work with sourcing leads to prioritize and validate top opportunities for savings projects and support/drive project execution.
• Execute and support digital and analytical platforms to make go-to-market process more efficient
• Analyse and integrate different sources of data into clear RFX outputs through analytics and automation.

Contingent Supply Chain Procurement

Join Ecolab’s dynamic Procurement Hub team as a Contingent Associate.

Procurement Hub team is part of Ecolab Global Supply Chain Operations.

Contingent Associate acts as a strategic partner to the operations team and various internal and external stakeholders. The role will drive e-Sourcing events to accelerate the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) strategic sourcing process. Additionally, he or she will collaborate with sourcing leaders, other supply chain functions, and business in identifying opportunities for process improvements, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
