Job summary

Ecolab Global Services, based in Pune, India, is seeking a Program Manager II to lead Advanced Planning Systems and the Supply Network Design teams within Global Supply Chain Operations. You will define product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver planning solutions that align with corporate goals.

The role requires deep experience in Kinaxis, Coupa, SAP, and related scheduling tools, plus strong leadership and program management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with 8–10+ years in supply chain strategy and planning.
• Kinaxis Deployment or user experience for Supply & Demand Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams (preferred size >5).
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advanced Planning Systems and Supply Network Design teams within Global Supply Chain COE.
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy for Solutions in alignment with goals.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap prioritizing features based on feedback.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and translate into user stories.
• Work with development teams to deliver features on time and quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to guide product direction.
• Support testing, validation, and coordinate product releases with training materials.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a Techno-functional team across Planning function covering wide spectrum of solutions including Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Kinaxis Maestro, JDA, Toolsgroup, Finite Scheduling Tool and SAP (EBS, S4 HANA) implementation.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Solutions, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements for product features and improvements.
• Collaborate with technical Product Team on detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs that guide the team in building out our planning solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about product direction.
• Support testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet team's expectations.
• Coordinate product releases, including communication plans, training materials, and support.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, seeking their input and feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Provide expertise, thought leadership and work effectively with limited direction.

Position Details:

• Location: Kharadi office, Pune, India.
• Ability to travel when required.
• Reports to Senior Manager in Pune
• Standard Time 12 PM - 9 PM (Flexible work hours due to global projects)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy Supply & Demand Planning operational role experience
• Kinaxis Deployment or user experience for Supply & Demand Planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading others (preferred team size: more than 5) Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities in a high-pressure, demanding, and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA Operations/Supply Chain OR ME/MTech Operations Research / Industrial Engineering
• Experience in modeling using Coupa Supply Chain Guru software
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification or equivalent
• US B1 visa
