Within the Global Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Solutions organization, you will play a key role in driving the strategy, development, and delivery of analytics and AI-powered products supporting Direct Procurement categories, including Chemicals. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology, partnering with procurement, supply chain, finance, and digital teams to translate business needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of analytics and AI initiatives, leading a team of analysts, shaping product roadmaps, and driving adoption of digital capabilities that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business analysts supporting Procurement Analytics and AI products.
• Partner with procurement leaders and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and shape analytics, automation, and AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of analytics and AI products supporting Direct Procurement.
• Translate business requirements into product backlogs, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver scalable analytics and AI capabilities.
• Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
• Drive product adoption through change management, training, and user engagement activities.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and business validation processes to support trusted decision-making.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and value realization metrics to continuously improve solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, predictive analytics, and Generative AI applications across procurement processes.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and analytics excellence within the team.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, product management, or digital transformation roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing analytics professionals.
• Experience managing analytics, reporting, automation, or AI-related products and projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with global, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Product Management, Agile methodologies, backlog management, and roadmap planning.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, Azure, or similar analytics platforms.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar delivery management tools.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading global teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Industrial, chemical, or petrochemical sector experience preferred.
