Job summary

PepsiCo Global Technology Sourcing is seeking an experienced E2E ITPS Buyer to drive optimization and value across technology and professional services sourcing. You will partner with GTS leadership to ensure productivity, build lean procurement capabilities, and deliver best-in-class collaboration across GCC and global teams.

In this role, you will own strategy development, lead sourcing and contracting for ITPS categories, and ensure service levels meet critical KPIs while unlocking cost

Qualifications

• Strong leadership track record in procurement leadership roles.
• 14+ years of procurement experience, preferably in FMCG and indirect sourcing (Technology & Professional Services).
• Excellent analytical, financial acumen, and computer skills; comfortable with data-driven decisions.

Overview

Main objective of the role is to support the Global Technology Sourcing Support Operations and be responsible to achieving operational excellence, driving the ongoing optimization for the shared services provided from the ICC, supporting the creation and value delivery of Procurement Services and driving speed & cost efficiency in the benefit of the Global technology and professional services sourcing team.

The E2E ITPS Buyer will collaborate and partner closely with GTS Leadership team and ensure YoY productivity delivery. The incumbent will be responsible to identifying optimization opportunities and unlock smooth, best in class collaborative working model, and ensure flexibility in GCC activity allocation within the same Tower which will require deep understanding of business, people requirements and phasing from GCC and Global teams and make proposals to further optimize and build a lean procurement team leveraging GCC tower capabilities to the optimal level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute pro-actively to achievement of overall Business and Procurement objectives.
• Deliver YoY productivity as per the target defined by Global Leadership team
• Ensure high quality support as a pro-active service provider across ITPS categories: IT& Telecom, HR & Prof Services, Temp Labor, etc.
• Drive the global Technology and professional services category strategy and lead sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for related products and services.
• Deliver the sourcing services via dedicated ICC ITPS Rfx/Contracting team, with leading practices and policies, managing improved service, quality, cost through motivated DR’s
• Work closely with PepsiCo Global Indirect & ITPS Leadership Team to ensure deep understanding of requirements and phasing of support request to build a solid execution plan. Secure one team approach through open communication and collaboration.
• Procurement strategy build capability to be able to build strategies on define sub-categories, share and gain alignment to then execute
• Meet with relevant KPIs and Service Level Agreement
• Work closely with the GCC Hubs and senior tower leads across, Insights, Reporting, Supplier Management Tactical Buy. and the Global RFx, Contracting capability.
• Propose and optimize WoW by finetuning and leveraging tools, toolkits and GCC team set up (as per requirements and learning)
• Find ways to optimize and unlock smooth, best in class collaborative working model
• Contribute to collaborative working model and ‘one team approach’ through open communication, credibility and trust with internal stakeholders, Europe procurement community and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Procurement (14+ years), preferably within FMCG environment and with proven track record in Indirect (Technology and Professional services) Procurement
• Overall excellent knowledge of procurement processes and category sourcing approaches in best-in-class procurement organizations and ability to implement them in complex environment.
• Proven leadership track record.
• Good business acumen, knowledge of financial fundamentals, and excellent analytical and computer/systems skills.
• Familiarity with e-sourcing tools (Ariba, Archlet) and CLM systems (e.g. Selectica)
