TantraEdu, a dynamic education-focused marketing and software-solutions firm, seeks a versatile Content & Copy Writer. You will craft copy for social posts, ads, billboards, and client decks, while shaping SEO blogs that educate and convert.

Collaborate with designers and creative leads to deliver campaigns that balance storytelling with strategy. You’ll manage briefs from meetings, contribute to calendars, and bring a strategic, flexible mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content and copywriting experience in marketing or digital agencies.
• Ability to write across formats from short one-liners to long blogs.
• Strong grasp of brand tone, storytelling, and persuasive writing.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience and cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and content creation software.
• Ability to think conceptually and work within creative directions.

About the Role -

We’re looking for a versatile Content & Copy Writer who knows how to make words work- on billboards, in blogs, across Instagram reels, and inside client presentations. Someone who can seamlessly switch between storytelling and strategy. You’ll collaborate with our designers, creative directors, and social media team to shape compelling campaigns that not only look good, they convert.

What You’ll Do -

• Write high-quality, brand-aligned copy for social media posts, digital ads (Google/Facebook), billboards, brochures, print ads, and more.
• Create SEO-optimised blogs that are not only keyword-rich but also enjoyable to read.
• Attend client meetings to understand briefs and translate requirements into fresh creative concepts.
• Collaborate closely with designers and creative leads to co-create engaging marketing content.
• Bring a strategic mindset and storytelling flair to brainstorms, content calendars, and campaign development.
• Leverage AI tools to draft, edit, and iterate content, while adding your human creativity to make it sing.

What We’re Looking For -

• 3–5 years of content and copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.
• Proven ability to write across formats and platforms: from sharp one-liners to blog deep-dives.
