We are seeking a sharp, politically savvy Punjabi Political Content Writer to join our campaign team on-ground in Mohali. As the region prepares for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections, you will be responsible for shaping political narratives, drafting high-impact speeches, crafting social media campaign messaging, and creating data-informed voter engagement content in native Gurmukhi Punjabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Narrative & Messaging: Craft persuasive political communications, op-eds, press releases, video scripts, and manifestos tailored to regional Punjab issues (agriculture, youth employment, local economy, governance).
• Social Media & Digital Content: Write viral-ready Punjabi content for X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaign channels (captions, infographic copy, reel scripts).
• Speechwriting: Draft speeches and talking points for political leaders, candidates, and ground spokespersons that resonate with rural and urban voters alike.
• War Room Support: Track daily news, regional media trends, and opponent narratives to produce rapid-response political content and counter-campaign copy in real-time.
• On-Ground & Collateral Writing: Develop copy for ground campaigns including pamphlets, slogans, door-to-door survey forms, and rally banners.
