Social Media Analyst & Content Writer

Meerut, Uttar Pradesh | In-office

This is not a traditional content-writing job.

Were looking for someone who understands how social media works — and can use that understanding to create better content.

You should be obsessed with questions like:

Why did people stop scrolling?
Why did they drop?
Why did they watch till the end?
Why did they save or share it?
Why did one post take off while another died?

You should understand hooks, retention, drop-offs, watch time, saves, shares, engagement and distribution — and how to use these signals to improve the next piece of content.

What You’ll Do

Create and write content for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.

Research ideas, develop hooks, write posts/scripts/captions, study competitors and continuously analyze content performance.

You’ll look at metrics such as:

LinkedIn: Impressions, out-of-network reach, profile visits, followers gained, comments, reposts, saves and comment impressions.

Instagram: Reach, likes, saves, shares, watch time, average watch time, retention and where viewers drop off.

YouTube: Watch time, average view duration, audience retention, likes/dislikes, viewers and subscribers gained.

The expectation is simple:

Don’t just create content.
Understand why it performs.
Then make the next piece better.

Who We Want

We strongly prefer candidates who are already strong on at least one platform.

Ideally, you have 1+ year of hands-on content creation experience on at least one platform — LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube or another major social platform.

You should have:

• Strong understanding of social media content and platform behaviour
• High learning ability
• Strong research and analytical thinking
• Ability to identify patterns from content data
• Curiosity about why content wins or loses
• The ability to write, not just generate ideas

You don’t need to be an expert on every platform.
But you need to exceptionally good at understanding at least one.
