Job summary

Wing is seeking a Content Writer for remote work, starting immediately. You will craft content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, email newsletters, ads, brochures, white papers, and case studies.

Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to develop content and manage publishing schedules. This role requires excellent English, CMS experience, and the ability to work US hours from India, offering growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or marketing/business course.
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of layouts, typography, print and web design.
• Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign.
• Compelling portfolio across varied creative projects.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Write content for blogs, articles, website pages, social posts, emails, ads, brochures, white papers, case studies, etc.
• Upload written content and manage publishing schedules.
• Gather information on trends and industry topics for articles, interviews, and videos.
• Moderate conversations in social media groups per etiquette.
• Develop a publishing schedule and propose promotional activities.
• Coordinate with designers and the marketing team to develop content.
• Collaborate on ideas for new content or updates.
• Create email sequences and send personalized pitches.
• Conduct general administration tasks.
• Develop a content strategy to improve rankings and analyze competitors’ promotions.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Content Writer (Remote)

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Write content for blogs, articles, website pages, social media posts, email newsletters, ads, brochures, white papers, case studies, etc
• Upload written content & manage publishing schedules
• Gather information about trends & industry-related topics in articles, interviews, and videos
• Moderate conversations in social media groups according to set etiquette
• Develop a scheduling sequence to publish content on all platforms & propose promotional activities
• Coordinate with designers for illustrations & the marketing team to develop content
• Collaborate on generating ideas for new content or updating existing ones
• Create email sequences & send personalized pitches
• Conduct general administration
• Develop a content strategy to improve ranking scores & analyze promotion activities used by competitors
• Ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business
• Proven content writing or copywriting experience
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Knowledgeable in layouts, typography, print, and web design
• Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:
