Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with strong tone and style across formats.
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword usage, and SEO-friendly writing for web and video.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics and turn them into clear content.
• No direct requirement for a technical background, but curiosity about Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science is helpful.
• Strong collaboration and deadline-driven approach.
• Portfolio or writing samples (blogs, scripts, published articles).

Responsibilities

About the Role

Were looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Writer to join our content team. Youll write scripts for video and social content, along with SEO-optimized blogs and website copy. If you enjoy storytelling as well as the discipline of writing content that ranks, this role offers both.

Key Responsibilities

Scripts & Social

• Write clear, engaging scripts for YouTube videos, ads, podcasts, and Instagram/LinkedIn reels. Write ad copy and hooks for Meta and Google campaigns
• Adapt tone, length, and structure to each platform and campaign objective
• Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams to take scripts from draft to final cut

Website & Blogs

• Write long-form, SEO-optimized blog articles on Agile, Project Management, DevOps, Data Science, and related topics
• Write and refresh website copy, landing pages, and course descriptions
• Update and optimize existing articles to improve rankings and relevance

Across Both

• Research topics independently to ensure accuracy, originality, and depth
• Apply SEO best practices keyword research, content structure, meta descriptions, internal linking
• Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders
• Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent written English with strong command of tone and style across formats
• Working knowledge of SEO keyword usage, on-page optimization, and SEO-friendly writing for both web and YouTube
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics independently and turn them into clear, engaging content
• Genuine interest in learning technical subject matter (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Data Science) a technical background isnt required, but curiosity is
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working to deadlines
• A portfolio or writing samples blogs, scripts, or published articles. Personal projects and internship work are welcome.

Good to Have

• Experience writing Meta or Google ad copy
• Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS
• Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of video production formats and constraints
