Job summary

SPACEWIRE TECH in Bengaluru is seeking a bold creative lead who can ship high-volume ads that stop the scroll and drive installs. You will direct editors, designers, actors and AI creators, turning concepts into performance-ready creatives that scale across Bharat.

A data-driven mindset helps optimize CTR, CAC and conversion while balancing creativity and ROI. 2–5 years of experience preferred; exceptional talent beats years on paper.

• Ability to write short-form scripts and copy that convert.
• Solid understanding of Meta, Instagram and YouTube performance creatives.

• Ship high-volume creative — many concepts, variations and iterations, fast.
• Turn every winning ad into 10 fresh angles before it fatigues.
• Direct editors, designers, actors and AI creators to bring concepts to life.
• Read performance metrics like CTR, CPI, CAC and conversion and use the numbers to decide what to build next.
• Kill weak ideas early and double down on what’s working.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong instinct for Bharat audiences — how they think, feel, laugh, scroll and decide.
• A hook machine who can write short-form scripts and copy that convert.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram and YouTube performance creatives.
• A doer, not just an ideas person — you make things happen, not just presentations.
• Ability to think creatively while being highly comfortable with performance data.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
• Bonus: Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, CPA and creative fatigue.
• 2–5 years of experience preferred, but exceptional talent matters more than years on paper.
