Job summary

Mondescape Media is seeking a Content Writer who understands brands, internet culture, and what makes people stop scrolling. You’ll craft scripts, ad copies and brand communications, turning briefs into sharp, on-brand ideas across campaigns.

You’ll write Instagram Reels scripts, captions and longer-form storytelling, collaborate with strategists, designers and producers, and adapt voice for diverse brands in a fast-paced environment. Experience in developing content strategies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and idea generation skills.
• Strong command of English; Hindi/Hinglish a plus.
• Understanding of Instagram, Reels, memes and digital culture.
• Ability to write short punchy copy and long-form storytelling.
• Ability to analyze why content works beyond aesthetics.
• Comfort with multiple brand personalities across categories.
• Open to feedback and quick with iterations in a fast-paced environment.
• Agency or social media experience preferred; portfolio matters.

Who we’re looking for
