Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and well-written content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop captions, campaign copy, reel scripts, headlines and other short-form digital content.
• Assist in planning and managing monthly social media calendars across multiple brands.
• Understand each brand’s tone, audience and positioning and ensure consistency across communication.
• Ideate content concepts, campaigns, reels and topical communication in collaboration with the creative team.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and internal teams for content execution.
• Support scheduling, publishing and day-to-day handling of social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, DMs and audience interactions and respond in an appropriate brand tone.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, content formats and emerging digital behaviour.
• Track content performance, engagement and platform insights.
• Write and refine website content, blogs, campaign communication, brand copy and other marketing content when required.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, branding and social media, and can translate ideas into engaging content across digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with our design, strategy and video teams to develop content that is relevant, well-written and aligned with each brand’s voice and positioning.

We are looking for someone who can think creatively, write confidently and support the day-to-day management of multiple social media accounts in a fast-paced creative environment.
