Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Content Strategy will be a key driver in this journey, responsible for crafting and executing a holistic content strategy that positions the brand as a premium and highly desirable hospitality leader.
The ideal candidate will have impeccable writing and communication skills, with a deep understanding of how India travels and holidays. They will shape how lakhs of families experience the brand online through compelling storytelling and an always‑on digital presence that reflects the evolving global content landscape.
Scope of Work
1. Content Ecosystem Strategy & Architecture
- Build on the overarching content vision and architecture across all marketing and customer touchpoints (Digital – web, app, social, CRM, video; Offline – resorts, sales offices, collaterals).
- Establish a robust Content Governance Framework, including benchmarks, tone of voice, stylistic guidelines, and legal compliance standards.
- Drive strategic alignment by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Experience teams to identify content gaps and opportunities that support key business initiatives and product launches.
2. Omni-channel Messaging Strategy
- Direct the creative strategy for visual and narrative content, including strategic briefs for brand films, influencer programs, and UGC storytelling.
- Define the strategic brief for all campaign messaging, advertisements, and digital banners to ensure execution aligns with performance‑driven content mandates.
- Architect the multi‑channel content playbook for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and CRM channels (WhatsApp, email, push notifications, SMS), focusing on message flow and cadence.
- Set the strategic direction for content teams and agencies, acting as the final sign‑off on the content roadmap.
- Ensure all content creators (in‑house and external) adhere to governance frameworks.
- Mentor and empower content leaders to execute tactical plans that align with the long‑term vision.
4. Strategic Foresight & Performance
- Own the content performance narrative by analyzing macro content trends.
- Measure impact of content pillars on business metrics (e.g., membership growth, engagement, conversion).
- Deliver actionable strategic recommendations.
- Lead YouTube and influencer strategy, focusing on UGC, brand films, and collaborations.
- Conduct member interviews and translate authentic experiences into high‑impact content.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of experience in content strategy or editorial management.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with business goals.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with sharp editorial sensibility.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data‑led decision making.
- Deep understanding of digital content trends, SEO, and performance metrics.
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sector is an advantage.
