Job Purpose

Develop and execute integrated content strategies across traditional and digital marketing channels to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to learn about current trends and target audiences.
• Creating and Handling content for collateral, campaigns, Templates, Web and App.
• Coordinating with Hotel Marcoms for Promotional Emailers / Notifications dissemination.
• Work on blogs and organic content creation.
• Understanding company brands and creating content to meet those objectives within a given time frame.
• Develop content strategies for traditional and digital marketing channels, and content marketing and digital platforms.
• Determine the best way for content to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly.
• Create SEO content for keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices to deliver targeted content.
• Creating and managing content calendar for Digital platforms.
• Testing campaigns (Digital, promotional, transactional, web, app) before go live.
