Morphogenesis is looking for a Content & Social Media Executiveto support the firm's digital communications and contentinitiatives. The ideal candidate should be a strong writer, creativestoryteller, and social media enthusiast with an interest in architecture,design, sustainability, and the built environment.

The role will involve creating compelling content, managingsocial media platforms, supporting thought leadership initiatives, and helpingamplify Morphogenesis' projects, people, and ideas across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development

• Developengaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, websiteupdates, and other communication channels.
  
• Writesocial media captions, articles, blogs, project descriptions, founderprofiles, interview responses, and thought leadership content.
  
• Assistin developing content calendars aligned with key business priorities andcommunication objectives.
  
• Coordinatewith internal teams to gather project information, updates, visuals, andinsights.
  
• Ensureconsistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
  

Social Media Management

• Manageand execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, andemerging platforms.
  
• Createand publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
  
• Monitorsocial media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
  
• Trackindustry trends and recommend content opportunities to increase engagementand reach.
  
• Supportcoverage of events, awards, project launches, conferences, and speakingengagements.
  
• Managecommunity engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  

Research & Communications Support

• Monitortrends across architecture, design, sustainability, urbanism, and thebuilt environment.
  
• Identifyopportunities for thought leadership and content amplification.
  
• Supportcommunication initiatives, campaigns, and special projects as required.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1–3years of experience in content creation, social media management,communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  
• Excellentwriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  
• Strongunderstanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and social media bestpractices.
  
• Experiencewith Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  
• Basicvideo editing skills are preferred.
  
• Strongattention to detail and project management skills.
