Job summary

Morphogenesis in New Delhi seeks a Visual Communications Manager to lead the design language across our digital, print, and internal communication touchpoints, ensuring coherence and high visual impact.

You will own website design and UI/UX, manage award entries, create social media visuals, and build internal presentations for leadership and pitches, translating architectural ideas into compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva; strong visual storytelling.
• Experience with WordPress for website content management is preferred.
• Eye for detail, brand consistency, and visual storytelling are essential.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects—from quick social creatives to major award submissions—while maintaining quality.
• Experience in architecture, design, or related creative industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Premiere Pro is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own website design and UI/UX, with regular content updates and improvements.
• Design and manage award entries end-to-end with compelling storytelling.
• Create social media visuals aligned with brand voice and identity.
• Build internal presentations for leadership, pitches, and firm-wide communication.
• Support brand identity work across collateral, templates, and communication material.
• Translate technical content from architectural drawings into engaging visual narratives.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of WordPress for website contentmanagement.
• An eye for detail, brand consistency, and visualstorytelling.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects - from a quicksocial creative to a full award submission - without dropping quality.
• Experience in architecture, design, or a relatedcreative industry is a plus.
• Prior exposure to Illustrator and Premiere Pro is abonus, though not essential for this role.
