Job summary

Worktual Innovations in Chennai, India is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end content lifecycle for our AI-native enterprise platform. You will produce blogs, website copy, eBooks, case studies and sales enablement content to educate buyers and support the global sales team.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, SEO and Design, optimize content for search, and measure performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise technology content marketing.
• Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
• Experience writing for technical and business audiences.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research.
• Familiarity with AI, CRM, Contact Centre, Customer Experience or enterprise software.
• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grammarly, Google Analytics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the monthly content calendar.
• Write high-quality blogs, website copy, landing pages, eBooks, white papers, case studies, customer stories and solution briefs.
• Create sales enablement content including brochures, presentations, one-pagers, email campaigns and battle cards.
• Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn, X, Facebook and email content.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, SEO and Design teams.
• Optimise content for search while maintaining quality and readability.
• Conduct competitor and industry research.
• Use AI writing tools responsibly to accelerate content creation while maintaining originality and accuracy.
• Measure content performance and recommend improvements.
