Content Strategy & Creation

• Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, website pages, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, and product pages.
• Develop thought leadership content around AI, Hiring, HR Technology, Recruitment, and Enterprise SaaS.
• Write compelling product messaging, feature announcements, and customer success stories.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to simplify technical concepts into engaging business content.

Marketing & Demand Generation

• Create content that supports lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition.
• Develop email marketing campaigns, nurture sequences, and drip campaigns.
• Write compelling LinkedIn posts, social media content, webinar promotions, and event marketing materials.
• Create sales enablement content such as brochures, presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and pitch decks.

SEO & Website Content

• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
• Improve website content to increase organic traffic and conversions.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Brand Building

• Ensure consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
• Build thought leadership for founders and leadership team.
• Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging technologies to create relevant and differentiated content.

Performance & Analytics

• Measure content performance using key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
• Optimize content based on analytics and customer feedback.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Mandatory

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Content Marketing or Content Writing is mandatory.
