What You’ll Do

As our Content Strategist / Writer / Creator, you’ll be the voice and brain behind our content game — driving strategy, crafting stories, and optimizing every word to perform.

• Build content roadmaps tied to SEO, audience insights, and brand goals
• Create editorial calendars, topic clusters & pillar pages using leading planning tools
• Align with SEO & Paid teams to prioritize high-conversion content funnels
• Write and edit blogs, case studies, landing pages, and social content that actually performs
• Repurpose blogs into video scripts, carousels, or infographics
• Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and structure across all platforms
• Collaborate with designers and growth teams to bring content campaigns to life
• Manage workflows and feedback cycles using modern project management platforms
• Track performance metrics like engagement, time-on-page, and bounce rate
• Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and content formats
• Continuously learn, iterate, and improve content ROI

Who We’re Looking For :

2+ years in digital content, journalism, or content strategy

Must have prior experience in a marketing/digital/creative agency

Strong understanding of SEO, keyword intent, and digital funnels

Able to work across content formats — written, visual, and video

Bonus: Podcast or video content experience
