Job summary

Master App, one of India’s fastest-growing short-form learning platforms, seeks an AI-Enabled Creative Producer to turn ideas into compelling AI-generated visuals. You will ideate, research, script, generate imagery and oversee the creative direction for Hindi/Hinglish content.

You’ll plan scene-by-scene storytelling with AI tools, ensure character consistency, coordinate with editors, and experiment with formats to captivate Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences across India.

Role Overview

As an AI-Enabled Creative Producer, you will be responsible for transforming content ideas into compelling AI-generated visual stories. You will work on content ideation, research, scripting, AI visual generation, character creation, and creative direction. We are looking for storytellers who can think creatively, visualize ideas, and bring stories to life using AI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Research

• Identify trending and high-potential content topics for Indian audiences.
• Research topics and develop engaging concepts for short-form video series.
• Understand audience preferences across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India.
• Create strong hooks and engaging storytelling formats.

2. Scriptwriting & Storytelling

• Develop engaging Hindi/Hinglish scripts for mass-market audiences.
• Convert complex topics into simple, relatable, and entertaining stories.
• Create attention-grabbing hooks and compelling episode narratives.
• Plan scene-by-scene visual storytelling using AI-generated content.

3. AI-Powered Visual Creation

• Generate high-quality AI images, characters, scenes, and video sequences.
• Use generative AI tools to create realistic, cinematic, and engaging visuals.
• Write effective AI prompts for different visual styles and storytelling requirements.
• Maintain character consistency, visual continuity, and creative quality.

4. Creative Direction & Production

• Own the creative vision of assigned video episodes and series.
• Develop visual references, storyboards, and scene breakdowns.
• Coordinate with video editors and other production team members.
• Ensure AI-generated visuals align with the script and storytelling requirements.
• Maintain consistent creative quality across episodes.

5. Content Performance & Experimentation

• Understand content performance metrics such as watch time, retention, and completion rate.
• Experiment with different storytelling styles, hooks, and visual formats.
• Improve content based on audience engagement and feedback.
• Continuously explore emerging AI capabilities and creative workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools.
• Good understanding of AI prompting and visual generation.
• Ability to develop engaging content ideas and scripts.
• Strong research and content visualization skills.
• Understanding of Hindi/Hinglish content and Indian mass audiences.
• Ability to manage creative projects independently.
• Willingness to experiment with new AI tools and production techniques.

Preferred AI Tools

• AI Image Generation: Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT Image Generation
• AI Voice Generation: ElevenLabs or similar tools

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci
• Understanding of basic video sequencing, transitions, and audio synchronization.
• Experience creating AI-powered short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, or digital platforms.
