Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Measurement & Report Analyst to manage HR portal content and ensure accuracy across knowledge bases and self-service portals. You will create, edit, publish, and govern content to support HR policies and user experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in content management or HR operations, with CMS experience and familiarity with SharePoint and HR portals. BE/MBA and Australian shift readiness are preferred.

The HR Portal Content Management Analyst is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing HR portal content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and accessibility for employees and managers. The role involves content creation, editing, publishing, and governance across HR knowledge bases and self-service portals. The analyst ensures alignment with HR policies, supports knowledge management initiatives, and enhances user experience by delivering clear, compliant, and user-friendly content.
