Qualifications

12–15 years of software engineering experience.
3+ years leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Proven track record of defining architecture, driving technical strategy, and guiding engineering teams.
Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, relational and non-relational databases, event-driven architectures, and modern CI/CD practices.
Proven delivery of scalable, reliable platforms balancing engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and business priorities.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with Product, Business, Operations, Data, and Engineering stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Requirements

Strong technical foundation in cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
Experience defining architecture, driving technical strategy, and guiding engineering teams
Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, relational and non-relational databases, event-driven architectures, and modern CI/CD practices
Proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and business-critical platforms while balancing engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and business priorities
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with Product, Business, Operations, Data, and Engineering stakeholders
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
Nice to have: experience with graph databases, metadata management platforms, or large-scale content and asset management systems
