Confluencr - Global Influencer Marketing Agency in Bengaluru is seeking a confident Content Creator Associate to represent our brand through engaging video content. You’ll speak on camera, create informative and entertaining videos, and connect with audiences across social platforms.

The role involves appearing on camera for short- and long-form videos, presenting products and services, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, researching trends, scripting, and participating in shoots

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years in content creation, anchoring, hosting, or presenting.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and/or regional languages.
• Comfortable speaking confidently in front of a camera.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Appear on camera to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Present products, services, educational topics, and brand messages clearly.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas and scripts.
• Research trending topics and contribute creative concepts for videos.
• Memorize or improvise scripts while maintaining a natural presentation style.
• Participate in video shoots, promotional campaigns, live sessions, and interviews as required.
• Work closely with videographers and editors during content production.
• Maintain a professional, confident, and brand-aligned on-camera presence.
• Stay updated with social media trends and adapt content styles.
• Assist in reviewing content performance and suggesting improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar short-form video content.
• Basic scriptwriting skills.
• Familiarity with video production workflows.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new content formats.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
