Job summary

Estatement Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Content Creator to manage and produce engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social platforms. You will shoot, edit, plan content, and grow our real estate brand online.

The role requires hands-on video shooting, editing and photography, plus ability to craft captions, scripts and content calendars. Immediate joiners preferred; notice up to 1 month may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content creation/social media.
• Hands-on experience in video shooting, video editing and photography.
• Experience managing Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Good understanding of content strategy, content planning and social media trends.
• Good creative thinking and ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
• Portfolio/showreel is preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with up to 1 month notice period may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Help create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, property videos, photos and social media posts.
• Help develop new content ideas, concepts, hooks and basic scripts based on real estate projects and audience interests.
• Help plan and maintain the weekly/monthly content calendar.
• Handle video and photo shoots at the office, project sites and properties.
• Edit videos with transitions, captions, music, voiceovers, graphics and effects.
• Manage and regularly update the company's social media accounts.
• Write basic captions, video descriptions and scripts for social content.
• Stay updated with social media trends.
• Coordinate with Sales and Management teams for project-related content.
• Help track content performance, engagement and reach and suggest improvements.
• Repurpose existing content into Reels, Shorts, Stories and posts.

Job Overview

• Real estate content experience will be an advantage.
