Job summary

Suraksha Smart City is looking for a Creative Video Producer to craft engaging real estate content. You will shoot, edit, and produce property walkthroughs, testimonials, and BTS clips for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

You will write hooks and captions, stay on top of reels trends, and collaborate with marketing to showcase project USPs while maintaining brand guidelines. Strong editing and cinematography skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in video storytelling for real estate or marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing and color grading.
• Ability to script engaging captions and hooks.
• Knowledge of social media formats and trends.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing is a plus.

• Create engaging video content for project
• Plan and develop creative concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Shoot high-quality videos and photos using cameras, gimbals, and other relevant equipment.
• Edit videos professionally with appropriate cuts, transitions, music, text overlays, subtitles, effects, and colour correction.
• Create compelling property walkthroughs, project showcase videos, customer testimonials, employee videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and short-form content for social media.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, audio trends, editing styles, and content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project USPs and convert them into engaging content.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards.
Manage and organize raw footage, edited videos, project files, and digital assets.
• Assist in developing monthly social media content calendars and creative campaigns.
• Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, influencers, and agencies whenever required.
• Strong knowledge of video editing and content creation.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Good knowledge of smartphone and camera videography.
• Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, sound, and basic cinematography.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Ability to write creative scripts, captions, and content hooks.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in creating CGI videos, 3D architectural walkthroughs, property visualizations, and animations for real estate projects will be an added advantage.
