Job summary

Kastech in India is seeking a talented video content creator for real estate projects. You will produce promotional videos for launches, walkthroughs, and monthly promotions, while crafting compelling reels and cinematic clips for Instagram and YouTube.

You should be proficient with editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and able to travel to project sites as needed. A strong portfolio/showreel and real estate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience creating videos for real estate projects, plots, villas, and apartments.
• Experience designing flyers, brochures, business cards, and event creatives.
• Create promotional content for pre-launches, project launches, customer meets, special offers, and monthly promotions.
• Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, AI videos, and social media content.
• Promote projects through Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, Twitter/X, and other social media platforms.
• Good skills in video shooting, drone shooting, editing, color grading, transitions, sound, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
• Ability to create property walkthroughs, Reels, cinematic videos, agent videos, and promotional videos.
• Good knowledge of camera angles, lighting, framing, gimbal movements, and drone shots.
• Ability to present property features in an attractive way to generate leads and customer inquiries.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and current video trends.
• Should be creative, responsible, and able to complete work on time.
• Portfolio/Showreel is required. Real estate experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel to project locations when required.
