Aaradhya Group is seeking an Agriculture Content Creator to shoot and edit farmer-facing videos for Aaradhya Seeds, Bhoodhan AgriVentures, and Krishidhan. Field-based role in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, requiring hands-on shooting with a smartphone or camera and strong Hindi on-camera skills.

Responsibilities include creating reels, long-form videos, and captions, building a monthly content calendar around crops, and publishing across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp while tracking

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meetings and store walkthroughs.
• Create Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos with captions and thumbnails in Hindi.
• Record farmer testimonials and crop-progress moments with farmer consent.
• Build a monthly content calendar around crop seasons (Kharif, Rabi, Zaid) and products.
• Give each brand its own voice: scientific for Aaradhya Seeds, practical for Bhoodhan, explainer for Krishidhan.
• Edit and publish on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Track weekly results and optimize based on views and WhatsApp leads.
• Ensure content aligns with label claims and registrations.

Requirements

What you will do

• Edit and publish on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp channels.
• Track weekly results (views, enquiries, WhatsApp leads) and improve what works.
• Keep all product content consistent with label claims and approved registrations. No guaranteed-yield or exaggerated claims.

Who you are

Must have

• Fluent Hindi, with a natural on-camera or voice-over presence.
• Comfortable working in fields, farms, dealer shops and village settings, in all weather.
• Hands-on shooting and editing with a smartphone or camera (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci or similar).
• Basic understanding of Indian crops, inputs (seeds, crop protection, fertilisers) and how farmers buy.
• Own transport or willingness to travel across Jabalpur and nearby districts.

Good to have

• Agriculture degree or diploma, or farming background.
• Drone, gimbal or mic experience; voice-over and basic motion graphics.
• YouTube SEO, WhatsApp broadcast and local-language skills.
• Portfolio of agri, rural or product-demo content.

Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome.

How success is measured

• Content published on time against the monthly calendar.
• Growth in views, followers and watch time on each brand's channels.
• Enquiries and WhatsApp leads from content, tracked per brand.
